First Cambridge parkrun of the year, and among the worse conditions I can remember! Raining all during the run, although thankfully not too heavily and it felt a little warmer than the forecast 3 degrees. Underfoot however it was challenging conditions and the numerous puddles were very cold!! Couldn't stay around for a coffee as I knew I'd get too cold too quickly. Running-wise, I felt reasonably strong if a little fatigued from the recent efforts. The injury was pretty much fine. And overall, I did quite enjoy it. Certainly think I enjoyed it more than the equivalent run this time last year! (Garmin time = 27:10).
