Delapre Abbey Half
Knew after the first of six laps that this was not the course for me to get a PB on. Heavy on the legs and I was very aware of my ankles going over on the uneven ground.
Actually far from disappointed given my crapness for off-road running. Though towards the end, I was half-heartedly plodding and had 'given up' somewhat.
