Grey Badger Course was way over 5k. I ran really well and was 1min over expected time. It was a flat fast course as well so a bit peed off. Northumberland Fell Runners 18:12 18:12 18:30 19:33 72.98
Lisrun Its normally very cold at this race and I never do particularly well, but its good to get some exercise and its great to run by the sea ! It was cold. The course was slightly longer this year (5.4K according to my measurements) and the route was covered in a different order (http://www.gmap-pedometer.com/?r=603734) from the last two years 100 Marathon Club, North East Marathon Club 22:28 23:42 25:00 24:56 61.02
