abdou Nice event, ran shite. Not helped by being out until 2am with work do but didn't feel all that bad - just ran really lazy.

Deenzy My first ever 5k TT. I went off quickly at about 6.5 mm pace which I was never going to be able to hold so slowed down a bit and finished in just over 23 mins with average pace of about 7.5 mm which I am very pleased with. Enjoyed the experience and will definately be making regular appearances from now on.
