Running Fish used as training for up coming fell races. probably could have put a bit more effort in, but pleased to finish strongly. think i finished 5/6th and would have caught next 2 guys with another 1/2mile. good marshalls but lack of promised sports drink was not good after being advised not to bring your own camelbaks.
