Silver Strider First ever Olympic Tri. First Tri in 25 years. Lake swim - Road Bike - Trail run. First open water swim race. Ashburnham Place. Hot sunny day 26 - 30 degrees. Lake swim, hilly 2 lap road bike, undulating trail run. Very pleased with swim, calfs cramped as sooon as I got on bike, bike was hard - it hurt - and was uncomfortable, run was enjoyable once my heart calmed down.
