tom_craggs Ran this as an LSR, felt very comfortable over a tough course with very difficult underfoot conditions. Walkers were great at re-directing me on my frequent wrong turns. TZ Pretty pleased with pace, the day after racing the Southern XC Champs. As well as the 30k(ish) route, also ran some extra loops today with M & D on their MdS training. A total of 29.5 miles today - a new daily record for me! 100 Marathon Club, Winchester & District AC 2:23:30 2:23:30 2:23:30 59.41
