Dochart swim 10:20, trans 2:02, run 20:57. disappointed with the poor swim time. Even though i deliberately slowed it down to try and conserve some puff for the run, i thought i'd be nearer 9:30. A bit disappointed with transition, too, although it must have been half the time of the last one. No socks and baggier vests are the way to go in the absence of funds for a trisuit. Happier with the run time, given the undulating course and the humid weather - i wonder how (in)accurately the course was measured? 25/48 Stragglers 19:16 19:49 34:00 33:19 42.50
