Screeners what a great run by the coast, really enjoyed it. Running on beach was hard, very windy on cliff top paths and muddy and slippy through the Dene but felt fairly strong throughout and finished with a sprint. Lovely relaxed atmosphere to the race so no pressure, nice marshalls and a lovely cup of tea and fruit cake at the finish. So glad I made the effort to do this.
