Regents Park Winter 10k Series - Race 4

Club		 PB SB Pred Time WAVA
Mal Didn't particularly enjoy this race. Training had been hampered by a knee problem, illness, and Christmas. Started reasonably but faded badly near the end.

Treacle Much harder than I thought due to nasty headwind which seemed to last most of the 3 lap course and which was also stronger on the uphill section towards the end of the lap. Felt very very hard and I was really pushing it - avg HR was 182! Don't think having had this cough has helped, but still my fastest ever 10k, and much better paced than normal. Thanks for the pacing help Laura!

Laura27 Pacing Treacle around the 10k - didn't quite get the sub-60 that she wanted, but it was a tough race with the wind and the inclines! Did the race as part of our planned FLM training run of 10 miles.
