Treacle Really enjoyed this one - started right at the front so no walkers to contend with, and was running from the beginning with people doing solid 9 min miles which was perfect - very little overtaking or veering round people. Had an attack of the CBAs in the middle kilometre - could have pushed harder for the second half, but was enjoying myself in my comfort zone. Still a pb tho! Finished easily within the top 10% I reckon - not many peeps out of the 5000 were wandering around when I crossed the line. Wish all races were like that! Unaffiliated 25:05 29:24 30:00 29:24 50.44
