Alan Great course, fantastic marshals. I was supposed to take this one easy around 9 min miles in place of a training run...1st mile 7:30 oh well! The course is very challenging and had to walk one hill through the woods. did this one on a whim, only thinking about it this morning, but glad I did. Unaffiliated 40:03 40:03 50:00 40:03 52.60
