SPKoF I hate that course. It was one of my first races ever when I did it last year. I didnt like it then and I dont like it now. 3 laps around a set of football pitches. Lots of 90 degree corners and sharper just to slow you down. It is pan flat thou so you can get a good time in theory. I shant be doing it next time in protest at the ludicrus £5 cost they try to get kids to pay for the preceeding 1 mile fun run. What a great way to encourage kids to race - by charging a fiver for it! Long Eaton Running Club 29:52 33:53 34:49 60.75
