Lisrun New location, so no idea what it its like *Update* Great location for the cross country. Undulating course but none of the hills lasted long. Parts of the course were frozen solid and other sections were getting muddier as the race went on. Started to get very cold later in the afternoon. Pleased with my time. nochickenstrip Nice Course and I had a good run coming 9th out of 267, the course was actually 6.05miles according to a few runners' gps watches so my average pace of 6:06 was very promising for a Cross Country. Very cold on the day, rock-solid slippy ice underfoot made it treacherous but survived witout falling. Medium pack run next time with a 2:30 handicap.
