brotherjohn Test run to see how the injury is going. Not too bad, bit slow, but thats to be expected after missing so much training. Garmin says 5 miles in 33:07 which is good enough for now. Wil take a while to get the fitness back even if injury(s) are ok. Dorset Doddlers 27:42 28:41 34:17 69.97
