Kieren METROPOLITAN LEAGUE: Woodford Green, London, England. - I've been ill all week with food poisoning so unable to eat properly. Arrived at LHR from Dubai at 7am and have pretty much been on the go since 10AM Friday so tired and ill for this one. Wasn't intending to run but brought my kit anyway and ran. Stomach a bit ropey but thanks to great support from Liz & Holly at the sumit of one of the climbs, I was able to finish. Quite happy to get round and really enjoyed it. New spikes really came into their own on fast descents & corners Serpentine RC, Ealing Eagles Running Club 37:52 37:52 36:31 57.37
