gjc I was really pleased with this result and will now aim to get a sub 45 by next year which is hopefully doable given my age and that I only started running a couple of years ago, and training seriously just this year. The thing I found psychologically difficult about this course, although lovely and flat, was having to do laps. Also, as there are no downhills, you don't get a chance to relax a bit and let gravity take you. Unaffiliated 45:28 48:45 48:45 58.01

Lefromage This was a good flat course which was done over 3 laps. It is a flat course and i should of done better to get near to a PB but PB's are not really my main focus. A great towel as a momento and a good turn out. Good all round run. VEGAN RUNNERS UK, Barking Road Runners 53:30 53:30 58:00 56:09 49.56
