Dickie York 1st race in the V40 cat (my birthday treat!). Week of good living on holiday and birthday party the night before slowed me down. Good 1st half, around 1.28, then bonked big time between 25-30 Km. Hanging out my arse from then till the finish, rather lonely race from 25 Km onwards which didn't help. Not a bad course and fairly well organised if you fancy a small early season marathon. Finished around 35th, waiting for official results. Pocklington Runners 2:41:18 2:57:42 3:08:00 3:15:32 64.12
