Hamsterwheel Tough wee race with lots of ups and downs twists and turns and happy with my time but lack of speed work really showed as i wilted near the end and got reeled in and passed by my pal Stevie ,welldone i will get you next time.

Roadrunner Bark A New PB for me tonight over this distance and smashing last years time by 52 Seconds!!! I finished In 5TH Position Overall tonight.I also picked up the '1ST Team Award' along with Kerry who had a really brilliant Run In 2nd Place and Barney(Rubble) who made up our team,Mega big Well-Done lads.I got a cheque for £10 as my Prize!! And also another lovely Killie harriers mug.A great tough wee Race! And once again very well organised by the Killie guys!! My second time running this race and as always I enjoyed It Very much....

Sunbed Athlete Was 2nd.Neil Renualt who won it 2 yrs ago was 1st 58 secs ahead of myself.The start/finish was different from last year when I won it but apart from that good strength testing race.Felt it(stomach cramps) @ 2 miles but recovered.Was glad when I finished even tho the race was 1/2 mile shorter than advertisied.Got £20 for 2nd & £10 for the Team prize. Well organisied race but didnt expect anything less from the Kilmarnock guys & WAGS.
