Vicksta First 10K race for a very long while. Depends on how well I have recovered from FLM how well I do! Oh dear oh dear. Did horrendously. The course was mostly on tracks and in fields, I was slipping everywhere, and in some fields there was so much mud on my trainers it felt like I was wearing wellies with weights in them! Got thoroughly discouraged by the mud and the hills and even the thought of the 100 points I had bet on myself couldnt get me going any faster. I could have done the distance again, my legs were fine, but just couldn't go any faster. Very disappointed. Came 4th in age group and 9th lady overall. Harlow RC 44:17 49:13 47:00 52:15 57.08
