Marts Did 11miles yesterday and 15 on sunday so not racing this too hard. it is just speed work. Nice friendly informal series of races. £1 entry only last year. UPDATE. low turnout only 19 runners and so I set off last with 18mins handicap and some earlier runners already well into 2nd lap by then. Unlapped myself after 1k but then pretty much a solo time trial as 'interesting' handicap times meant 17 of 19 runners inside handicap (only person I overtook was RR in last 400m) but v pleased with time as increased recent training and no break for race and course best by 29s. Still only £1 to enter. next one's 1st november Werrington Joggers 17:07 17:42 18:30 18:10 70.95
