Bodge Race went as predicted first lap steady but legs felt heavy for the second lap, I suppose I could have made a little more effort for the 100 but and a big but i came straight off this an ran the 100 and got a PB so this was really a warm up for that. Sorry yes this years time was slightly better than last but still a long way to go until I get back near to my PB. Stafford Harriers 2:55 3:33 3:33 52.27
