Hi ,
It looks like you're using an ad blocker.

The revenue generated from the adverts on the site is a critical part of our funding - and it's because of these ads that I can offer the site for free. But using the site for free AND blocking the ads doesn't feel like a great thing to do, which is why this box is so large and inconvenient. Some sites will completely block your access, but I'm not doing that - I'm appealing to your good nature instead. Did you know that you can allow ads for specific sites, whilst still blocking them on others?

Thanks,
Ian Williams aka Fetch

Flipper Lovely flat course but not sure I was fully recovered from last week's 10K to do well. Pleased with a sub 60 though :o)

Forest Runner A bit disappointed with my time, although I could hardly have expected better having been unwell during the week.
If anything, the course is too flat.

MB99 Main priority was getting round injury free. Kept nice steady pace and felt comfortable all the way round.

mitten Forgot my watch so am waiting for my official time to be posted, will then remove about 10 second as that's my estimate for crossing the start line. But am pleased as today was pb by over a minute!!

TomM Muggy, uncomfortable weather. Very windy. Good course though and not a bad time.

Waveydavey I was a bit disappointed with my performance given the flatness of the course, but it's interesting to see that no one else met their predictions or got a pb. I was steady for the first half but faded again in the second. I preferred the twistier outrun away from the boathouse to the run back. Having to run those long straights back along the lake shore is relentless - and you have to do it twice!
