Impossible is Nothing Quite happy with time given icy wind and course. Still improving speed gradually. Schoolboy error with starting too far back so got caught in traffic for first 1km but ran ok after that. Speedy last km showed I could have gone quicker. Result: 25th out of 93 Westbury Harriers 17:50 17:50 18:40 18:38 71.05
