Baza Good run over a tough course. Started to quick and paid the price in the last 1K. Placed 10th out of 61 finishers.

gtwhitton Beautiful night, but a bit too warm. I was initially quite gutted not to have gone faster than that elusive 20 minute barrier, but it is still a PB. It was a more steady race than the last time, but I should have started to kick a bit sooner than I did. Still, 7 seconds quicker than last month.
