alisterrobson Really tough second half - first half was 22.16, second was 27.27. Nice course, well marshalled (very friendly and encouraging), must take it much easier first half if I do it again, I had to stop to vomit at the top of the hill just after the 5K and had to walk up some of the hills. Was muddy on the second half but a long way from being dangerous. Oh and got a great more mile t-shirt despite being a late, on the day entry. Lisrun A lovely race, highly recommended. Two and a bit laps of the tram track (on tarmac) getting easily beaten by the tram and then off into the fields and woods. *Update* Minor alteration to the course this year, but its still a lovely run though pretty tough in the second half 100 Marathon Club, North East Marathon Club 45:35 46:54 50:00 53:05 59.48
