Flat Out Fi 2nd of the XC races, this time at Bishops Stortford. Slept rubbish last night so wasnt feeling all that lively! Was really pleased to come 1st Lady! The boys did really well too and came 1st overall. We were 3rd overall. We are still winning the overall league! 2 more races to go! Unaffiliated 33:49 34:07 67.58

tramps First XC since Jan 09. Not expecting a top 10 finish this time. : The warm up run over to Bishops Stortford took too much out of me so DNS. Although I probably contributed more from the sidelines than I would have in the race. Saffron Striders RC
Vindicator Poor, poor and poor. An attempt to follow a race nemisis left me very tired in nomans land before being run down by a string of club mates. Not good... Harlow RC 37:22 54.66
