But using the site for free AND blocking the ads doesn't feel like a great thing to do, which is why this box is so large and inconvenient. Some sites will completely block your access, but I'm not doing that - I'm appealing to your good nature instead. Did you know that you can allow ads for specific sites, whilst still blocking them on others?

Morning :)

Nearly 7.5 miles this morning, with some intervals stuck in the middle. Nothing too hard just yet as I ease myself back into them, but something at least.

The bad thing is I think I'm coming down with this cold :( Although if I hadn't already got it, Idl probably pick it up from someone on the plane tomorrow I suppose...

morning all, xmas shopping done for the girls apart from 5 items argos didn't have in stock :) unlucky SOD but you should have just gone home :) going to Asda for gill b/day cake for tomorrow :)

me too mate...with all this rain it should be nice and muddy ...are you OK with the £10 per family thing (I know how tight you are)...you do get fireworks, food and drink for that though! All profits go towards local school :-)
