Thought most normal people were at work at 8.30? Thought I was odd starting at 9.30 for school run. Think I will have to take some work home myself tonight, I hope we get a temp before too much longer :-)

Not on for long tonight :-( Gotta pick-up the girls from dance in 5 mins....just wanted to say "I'm chuffed, I've managed to line up some athletics coaching stuff".

I've spoken with one of the coaches tonight from a local athletics club and he has told me that as soon as my license comes through (another 4 or 5 weeks) I can start coaching with them. In the mean time he's told me to pop down on Monday to see how they do things and introduce myself to the other coaches :-)

Sounds good SOD.

I'm having a relaxing evening in tonight, trying to persuade myself to go through with my tempo run tomorrow - something tells me it will be haaaaaaaaaard.

Weekend of partying ahead after that though - for the third Friday in a row I'm putting my stuff in the car on Friday morning and heading straight off after work.
