The revenue generated from the adverts on the site is a critical part of our funding - and it's because of these ads that I can offer the site for free. But using the site for free AND blocking the ads doesn't feel like a great thing to do, which is why this box is so large and inconvenient. Some sites will completely block your access, but I'm not doing that - I'm appealing to your good nature instead. Did you know that you can allow ads for specific sites, whilst still blocking them on others?

But as I have the copyright on our numbers I obviously dont expect to see them anywhere else, mind you if you are happy being poor imitations then fine ;-) Besides, you wont have the most important ingredient - the Yorkshire Milers :-)

We had chocolate prizes as well as medals, i guess they were trophies since you had to win one of the races to get your hands on some (unless you were a youngling).

we dont have international tv star kev scone on this one either :-(

We had handmade chocolate trophies for our winners made especially for us by an extremely talented chocolatier, something else you seem to have borrowed from us.
