Uploads doubled?

I’m getting doubles of my activity. First I connected Garmin and 30 activity’s vas uploaded (why not all?!) then I got the file of the rest from Garmin and uploaded it. But I double up the first 30 activity’s ? |

Yes i do Its a lot to find, but its really intuitive. Sometimes i get to eager and ask before i find it my self. |
