Hi ,
It looks like you're using an ad blocker.

The revenue generated from the adverts on the site is a critical part of our funding - and it's because of these ads that I can offer the site for free. But using the site for free AND blocking the ads doesn't feel like a great thing to do, which is why this box is so large and inconvenient. Some sites will completely block your access, but I'm not doing that - I'm appealing to your good nature instead. Did you know that you can allow ads for specific sites, whilst still blocking them on others?

Thanks,
Ian Williams aka Fetch

I'll be drinking, WW. Don't have any fancy gin, though. Hoping to get to Tesco on Wednesday to avail myself of some continental lagers though, otherwise I'll be skint by Thursday on Caldecotte prices?

Need to rely on Tony wanting to make a detour, though...!

Hooper has reminded me to prepare some breakfast, in order to avoid having to pay Premier Inn prices so that beer can be drunk of an evening.

As a pint of beer at the Caldecotte costs almost as much as some houses in Great Grimsby, this is an important concern.

On the food front I will be eating my way through the Caldecotte menu, but am hoping to find another singleton to take advantage of the 2 person meal deals. Not sure what to do about breakfast, microwave anyone?

On a running note (!!) has the flood subsided or are we likely to be getting dizzy running round Furzton?

Roma - ordiinarily I'd be up for sharing a meal deal but I get food on the train this time so will probably just be partaking of a snack at Caldecotte on Thursday night. And ion shock news (for those that know me) - I might even have time for some food and drink post race as I actually have a spare hour before I have to dash for public transport :)

I hope so WW, I had planned on staggering back to the PI Caldecotte each day without the need for driving or much walking :)
That sounds like good planning Jovi :)

My spies have been out today & Caldecotte is still under water.

Parkrun is running on a different out & back route at the moment.
