No training and a touch too much CBA. Not really done too much specific training this year but am streets ahead in general mileage and time on feet. 100 sounds like a good one for you to go for. I'm just waiting to hear now what I'll be doing! |

ooh, I think I must be going about it all back to front.. I'm doing the Kent 50 in the run up to my first 100 this August. And I'm hoping to get into the 10 in 10 in 2012!
