well, what a flippin awful run. got my clothes all wrong, it was pouring when I went out so I went out withshorts, a tech t-shirt and my gillet. By the time I got half way around I was absolutely boiling and started feeling queezy, took gillet off and ran with it in my hand. Then my ankle started to niggle, Ithink because I was protecting my loose toe nail (VLM - still not fallen off yet) which was beginning to show its presence. What a shit run. Still thon intact for what it is worth today.
a dozen, nae probs!! Hope you had a good run swittle.

Less than a dozen now I've not clocked many miles this week - just a dozen (as it happens...!) but I've managed at least one mile each day. Loving the streaky-thon

A smidgeon over 2 miles this evening. It's been one heck of a day and I came home from work exhausted, only to be faced with more work related complications via email. By the time i'd done, I really wasn't in the mood, but went out for the sake of the streakthon. After half a mile it started to rain and the running felt easy. So I went a bit further than I thought I'd want to and upped the pace a bit. I really enjoyed it and it's help to clear my head a bit so hopefully I'll sleep ok tonight
I'm off to look at Swittle's photos in the gallery now - they are usually a joy to behold
