It's not very interesting logging easy runs in my training record, so I thought I'd spice it up and log it as cross training - pole fitness. In the training summary I hoped it would say PfT or something exciting, but no, just CT. I may have to go back to being Easy.
In other news, I know someone who actually does pole fitness for fun. She loves it. Personally I'd rather train with a nice friendly Pole rather than a pole, but I digress.

My current training is being given by a young lady work colleague on how to use snapchat and send "amusing" pictures to my daughters who stopped using it when it was trendy. Work is really, really, really slow and boring.

My other complaint is that I have lost so much fitness over a short spell of time. Looking back it seems impossible that I ran a half marathon a month ago. I WILL win a ballot place for London next year, won't I ?

You can imagine a silent "UN" in the middle if that makes it more exciting...

There is a category of Cross train - Pole Fitness.

If you go into adding training, you can edit the list for your needs.

Hmmm, it's a bit unfortunate that the people from Poland happen to be named after a long slender rounded piece of wood or metal.....

"Are you a pole vaulter?"

"No, I'm German, but how did you know my name?"

Got something to say?
