I would probably be able to do what I did last year, on the Sunday - which was leave my car at Hemel and run to Uxbridge ( and train back to my car) - But as was pointed out to me last yr, it depends a bit on timing, it might not be too wise for a lone girlie to be hanging around canal paths in the middle of the night....... |

Thanks. I have a friend running of similar ability. If it goes ok i can run with him and his running buddies.
