Hello. Thanks to all the volunteers. I too have experienced FP from both sides, once as team captain and I have to say it is amazing. So rewarding, especially towards the end when people are ruined and you pick them up and send them off. Do it. Oh, and FP always gets on the telly when the elites go past!

How do we join the group as a runner? Where is it?!
