Hi ,
It looks like you're using an ad blocker.

The revenue generated from the adverts on the site is a critical part of our funding - and it's because of these ads that I can offer the site for free. But using the site for free AND blocking the ads doesn't feel like a great thing to do, which is why this box is so large and inconvenient. Some sites will completely block your access, but I'm not doing that - I'm appealing to your good nature instead. Did you know that you can allow ads for specific sites, whilst still blocking them on others?

Thanks,
Ian Williams aka Fetch

Okay all those Fetchies who lurk around the South East, let's make this one the best one yet. This will be our fourth annual pub crawl and for those of you who have never partaken, it's jolly good fun. Our tried and tested modus operandi is to taste the wares of somewhere between 10-12 pubs with 2-3 shot stops en route, there is rarely more than a mile between stops so even those of us who are out of training can cope (yes, I am speaking for myself). Sign up now! You won't regret it...

Date: Monday 26th August
Time: Approx. 10.30-11.00am
Route: TBA

Hurrah for a biking Kwala :)

10-12 pubs in half an hour? That's some serious running and drinking.

I'm pretty sure I'm in anyway :-)

As ever I will wait until nearer the time to see what the family is up to that day. Wonder if I could persuade Chris to do it on his bike? Is the route bike friendly?

Well, Kwala is planning on biking as well and the route is usually Thames Pathy and not too hilly, so I'd say yes. We'd have to avoid the cable cars but that's fine given last year's offences whilst crossing the river... We've never had an arrest yet!
