Hi ,
It looks like you're using an ad blocker.

The revenue generated from the adverts on the site is a critical part of our funding - and it's because of these ads that I can offer the site for free. But using the site for free AND blocking the ads doesn't feel like a great thing to do, which is why this box is so large and inconvenient. Some sites will completely block your access, but I'm not doing that - I'm appealing to your good nature instead. Did you know that you can allow ads for specific sites, whilst still blocking them on others?

Thanks,
Ian Williams aka Fetch
or for an ad-free Fetcheveryone experience!

Can't remember any muddy track at the finish, you have to walk down a lane after the finish to get back to the main road is that what you mean?? , sounds as if you have a bad experience with this race :-) Fifth year in a row for me and no mud so far :-) My only gripe was the lack of chip timing for what is a relatively big race but as of last year that was sorted

I do enjoy Wilmslow HM (even if you do have to mingle with the Cheshire set!!!). Been doing it on and off since the 80's when Jimmy Saville used to do it. I suppose it's a bit pricey but I've always found it well organised with great marshalls, a good momento, t-shirt and a mars bar at the finish. Oh... and the sun always shines (kiss of death for this year).

Were you going to organise the usual post-race meal, Homer? I was wondering if I should abandon Dragons yet again, but I'm doing so many races at the moment that I see too much of them all as it is!

I'll also be a bit slow, I think.
