Hi ,
It looks like you're using an ad blocker.

The revenue generated from the adverts on the site is a critical part of our funding - and it's because of these ads that I can offer the site for free. But using the site for free AND blocking the ads doesn't feel like a great thing to do, which is why this box is so large and inconvenient. Some sites will completely block your access, but I'm not doing that - I'm appealing to your good nature instead. Did you know that you can allow ads for specific sites, whilst still blocking them on others?

Thanks,
Ian Williams aka Fetch

PE - my master plan :-) is to run at 7:15 pace (probably slight faster for the first 6 or 7).

Anyone else looked at the instructions for the chip yet? :-)

I'm now more worried about getting my chip on correctly than I am about getting round the race :-)

Pat - arent these are the same chips as Helsby? A bit fiddly but they do stay on and arent intrusive. Picked up my number on Sat and managed to get the details transfered. Apparently they dont advertise the fact that you can transfer, but it is possible. Also had to cut my long run short yesterday as I picked up a tight calf. Will be icing all this week. :-(

K - can't remember the instructions for Helsby being as complex looking as these. Hope the injury sorts itself out.

No, these are different from the Helsby ones. Not seen one like them before. Don't look very easy to figure out.

Same as you Kwaka, been struggling with my calf throughout this year and tweaked it again yesterday. Had to pull out of Helsby because of it and it's quite sore now so I'm worried about it for Sunday.
