I haven't played it, but I rarely pay more than £10 for games.

Not started it yet, but I'm looking forward to watching the Fallout series on Amazon Prime. I have Xbox Gamepass Ultimate and have been very tempted to jump back into all the games in the series I started and ten got stuck on as soon as I met an early tough boss :). I always loved the universe though and am hoping the TV series can replicate that. Next up, Red Dead Redemption? Or is the whole point of open world games that you have some freedom to explore that a TV series cannot replicate? |

I think the Fallout TV show could be interesting. Fallout 3 and Fallout New Vegas are two that (I think) I have actually finished surprisingly. I'm finding some of the big bads in Skyrim are a lot easier if you get some good stuff, but keep your level a bit lower as some scale with your level. Last of Us and Red Dead Redemption should be on my list, I'll have to check if they will run on my PC. |

I really should love Skyrim more than I do. ARPGs (even BOTW/TOTK) aren't quite noodly enough for my taste.

Noodly? I think I loved Morrowind best, being able to fly and telekinesis stuff was so fun. |

Noodly. Not a very precise word. If you cross AD&D with a JRPG you might be there.

Listening to this week’s Triple Click I’m starting to feel like an outlier because I’ve never tried Starview Valley or Animal Crossing? Not that I have ever felt the urge to.

Facebook bombards me with posts relating to Stardew Valley, it's never sounded like anything interesting. Started playing Dave The Diver the other day - rogue-lite diving by day, serving in a restaurant in the evening - it's a curious little game, but fun given it's free with PS+ Extra sub. |

Dave the Diver seemed to feature in every ‘games of the year’ podcast around Christmas.
