A GROWING CLUB OF ALL AGES AND ABILITIES, FROM COMPLETE BEGINNERS TO SEASONED RUNNERS. MEET AT THE OSWESTRY LEISURE CENTRE AT 18.30 MONDAYS AND WEDNESDAYS FOR TRAINING SESSIONS. ALL WELCOME.(DURING THE SUMMER MONTHS THE MONDAY MEET IS ON TOP OF THE OLD RACECOURSE FOR A LOVELY RUN THROUGH THE WOODS, MEET ON THE CAR PARK AT 18.30.) Check club site for latest on training meets.
