Much too warm
quite busy at the start on narrow trails
some very rough churned and then baked trails, not good for aged ankles.
legs didn't really want to run much, so mostly a decent march with downhill trots
slow nav (the gpx and written description disagreed a couple of times) and about 100 kissing gates
much too warm
mostly enjoyed it and felt quite strong - but blister in same place on right heel again, despite fiddling with laces, so need to rethink shoes.

got poles out for last third for a bit of practice.

less slow than '23, when it was also hot.
slower than last year, but slightly longer and hill score higher (was 30 last yr) so that's OK :)

efficient grab and go at the check points :)
