Foxy i figured if I could do 7 minute miles i'd be pleased as I can do 8 minute marathon miles,the idea of the watchless race is to predict your time without using a watch, Ii plucked 34 mins 47 out of the air & was 11 seconds out but over the moon to break 35 mins (7 min miles). I just went out as hard as possible before easing off at around halfway, i put in a 300 yard sprint finish.
