About Me
Well the last few years have been fun filled, BIG PUSH for recovery - Motorcycle accident back in September 2010.

Goal is to get super fit, well i guess thats everyones goal. Sprint triathlons for a start then look into the longer events.

Managed five sprints in 2012, my first half iron man race and a cycle coast to coast 406miles in 2013 and now for this year 2014 after spending the last six months with no training locked away in my house doing a full renovation I now have some time to train. Doing two half iron mans within two weeks of each other in June and covering a little cycle ride in September John O'Groats to Lands End 920miles in 8 days, best give up the pies and start training.
