About Me
Started running back in 2005 when cajoled into joining a charity team to run the British 10k. Just did enough training to get through. The same happened for the next three years with odd weekend runs of about 5k. In July 2008 joined a local running club and now I'm hooked. I can't wait for training nights and get really down when I have to miss them, through work or injury. Have noticed a huge difference already as a result of thrice weekly running. Can't wait to see how my race times improve!
