Hi ,
It looks like you're using an ad blocker. I understand. No-one likes ads.

But our site costs money to operate, and I need to eat.

Please consider enabling ads for our website, or making a voluntary donation. If you donate, I can turn off the ads for you for a period of time. Average donations are about £3.50 per month, so a tenner would give you three months ad free.

Here's a link to our donation info.

Thanks,
Ian Williams aka Fetch

What's your favourite thing about Fetcheveryone?
Inspiration, support, virtual companionship, normalising what I love doing

How do you pick yourself up when you need to?
Big cuddles from the turtle. Or if she's at school, long run then big cuddles. And there's always wine 😉

What’s the best bit of advice that you would give to new runners, bikers and swimmers?
Take it slow, do your own thing. Other people's blogs and plans are an inspiration, not your training plan!

About Me

Took up running in my late 30s for fitness but never raced or ran regularly. That changed when I entered the local half, so regular runner since 2018.
Also love country and fell walking, climbing (big things, not plastic) and generally being outdoors. Paramedic juggling runs around shifts. Often seen around Kenilworth or Balsall Common with a funky red cap - give me a wave!!
