How do you pick yourself up when you need to?
Big cuddles from the turtle. Or if she's at school, long run then big cuddles. And there's always wine 😉

What’s the best bit of advice that you would give to new runners, bikers and swimmers?
Take it slow, do your own thing. Other people's blogs and plans are an inspiration, not your training plan!

About Me
Took up running in my late 30s for fitness but never raced or ran regularly. That changed when I entered the local half, so regular runner since 2018.
Also love country and fell walking, climbing (big things, not plastic) and generally being outdoors. Paramedic juggling runs around shifts. Often seen around Kenilworth or Balsall Common - give me a wave!!
