About Me

Started keep fit in about 2002 after giving up the dreaded weed. Circuit training at first but adding an extra class or so each year, pump, step, and another of each. Five classes a week, then came running in May 2009. Despite an injury at the Silverstone Half, March 2010, keeping me back for 3 months, I've averaged 50 miles a month, 100 in August. Just started dabbling with Duathlon. Fancy a go at the Canterbury tri. 2016 and I've done 5 years of tri's and clocked up 45 of them. Not bad for an old ex-smoker.
