About Me
Started running in 2009 to try and lose weight but due to ITB problems I ended up taking spinning classes instead. After losing 5 stones and doing a lot of core work I got back into the running and the ITB issues seem to be past news for now.
In 2010 I partly tore my achilles tendon and had to tread on eggshells for about 3 months but since then I have run 3 half-marathons and one full marathon (which caused another ITB flare-up) but am now in training for the next one.
