Started running in 2008 and steadily improved with some decent times in a few races until about September 2009 when I seem to have lost the urge.
Started running again towards the end of 2012 and am still training regularly now. I have upped the mileage slowly over time and would like to run a sub 3:30 marathon having completed 3 Half Marathons. 2014 could be the year to do it, we will see.
